Webright click, go to properties, then compatibility, set compatibility mode to windows 7 or windows xp service pack 3 (whichever works for you), run as admin and disable fullscreen optimizations. dont forget to also get thirteenag's widescreen fix and silentpatchbully to fix a great amount of bullies issues, related to widescreen or else.
