The new password was taken but on windows it still recognizes the old password. If he leaves and locks the system he gets completely locked out and has to reboot the system. The user is not on a domain. I have a NPS for remote vpn access and he is in the appropriate user group. The GPO lockout threshold is set to 0 and I can't figure this one out.
