WebFeb 19, 2010 · It's mostly Boss pedals that do this; the velcro comes off the back of the pedal. (I guess the velcro doesn't like to stay stuck to the rubber bottom on the pedal.) WebApr 23, 2024 · Blow dryer works great...plus if you have another pedal handy, if the glue is warmed up just a little, it will restick easily. The blow dryer method takes 10-15 seconds, max. WebSep 5, 2010 · On Boss or similar pedals it's easy.....just take the bottom plate off, put the velcro lengthwise, over the rubber leaving some overlap. Also, make sure you are using the industrial velcro. It has a super sticky adhesive that really holds, but doesn't leave residue. If you want to be extra sure, clamp or weight it for a few hours. If you want to be 2x surer, gently warm the glue after the strips are applied before clamping.
