WebAug 8, 2024 · Scarecrow Competition Rules and Guidelines • Anyone is welcome to enter the scarecrow competition. • To participate, entrants must register and have their scarecrows on display by Wednesday, October 26th at Noon. Judging will take place on Thursday, October 27th. • All scarecrows must be built from scratch by the entrant. Web9.
