Again, I'm on a personal account. I really do appreciate your help. It's just that I'm figuring my issue has to do with the Outlook 365 client instead of google's side. Afterall, I'm able to trigger/edit and sync on my mobile app (outlook) and web (gmail calendar) just fine.
